Vic team riders in Melaque Mexico – video #1
The boys (Brandon Rothe, Morgan Just, and Jonathan Howell) are rocking in the sun down in Melaque Mexico before the X3M contest this weekend. Great weather, some surf expected by Thursday, fantastically authentic food, and great company (Diego, Jorge, Tule, Cholpa, etc.) all make for the start of a solid trip. Check out the first little clip-it of their trip.
Victoria Skimboards – WCS
The 2012 Victoria Skimboards World Championship of Skimboarding is just around the corner and we would like to hear from you on a few different aspects of the contest.
First up is the debate on the number of waves that are counted toward a rider’s final score in an individual heat. If you visit the Victoria Skimboards Facebook Page you can select your answer.

Teddy Vlasis gets a GoPro
Professional Vic rider Teddy Vlasis just recently got himself a GoPro video camera. He has been in the water a ton as of late trying to amass footage so keep your eyes peeled to the Victoria site for a Teddy video soon.

A gloomy day at Aliso?
The weather may have been gloomy but the waves were not. Check out a few members of the Victoria Skimboards team pushing through the gray to find some solid wraps on the northern side of Aliso this last January.

Mexico’s Tule – video
Mexico is home to some of the best surf around the world along with some pretty great weather. From the town of Melaque comes Cesar Cortez, or Tule as most know him. Melaque Mexico 2012 contest dates announced
X3M (Victoria Skimboards distributor in Mexico) has released the dates of their yearly skimboarding contest in Melaque, Mexico. If you have not been, you should go as the hospitality of Diego and his crew cannot be beat. Plus, you have Mexico at its finest with some serious breaks for your enjoyment.

2012 Pro Models
The Pro Model boards for 2012 are almost here! Morgan Just, Brandon Rothe, Matthieu Thibaud, and Tex Haines bring their knowledge of riding to their respective Pro Model boards which will be available for you. Keep a watch on the beach for the riders with their boards and on the Victoria website for a “first look” into the design of each board.
Welcome in 2012 with style on a new Pro Model skimboard from your favorite rider.
The Daily Photo
Victoria Skimboards is pleased to bring back the “Daily Photo” so everyone can get a taste of the beach. Each morning, Victoria owner Tex Haines makes his way down to the beach of his choosing and takes a picture to share with everyone. We all hope you enjoy the happiness we find at the beaches in Laguna Beach, California.
