Victoria Skimboards just launched the Custom Shaping Tool – a free online tool that lets you design your own skimboard outline from scratch, right here on the site. No technical knowledge needed. Just your vision and a few clicks.
If you have a picture of the board of your dreams, you can just upload it, and copy its shape, and resize it as you want, whether you prefer a Small, Medium, or Large board!
Adjust the nose, the tail, the width, the overall shape. Play with it until it looks exactly the way you want. When you’re happy with the result, we build it by hand here in Laguna Beach, on top of our Custom Ultra construction. The custom outline adds $100 to the price of your Custom Ultra.
This is the kind of thing that used to be reserved for pro riders with a direct line to the shaper. Now it’s available to anyone who knows what they want and isn’t afraid to ask for it.
